Pricing

Prices include Goods & Services Tax

Prices are based on a minimum of 30 people.
Unless otherwise stated for tailored menus.

Quotation prices are valid only for 3 months from quote date.

Extra charges may apply for guests who have special dietary requirements.

Cost of replacement for loss or breakages of silverware, plates and glassware is $5.00 per piece.

Charges may apply for loss of decorations and/or extensive cleaning of venue.

Hire items are available:

Breakfast Events 07.00-11.00
Luncheon Events 11.30-14.30
Evening Events 18.00-23.30

Usage beyond these times incur additional charges.

Payment & Menu

Deposit of 20% of total cost is payable to guarantee booking 7 working days from date of confirmation.

Final menu to be selected at least 7 days prior to event.

Guaranteed attendance numbers to be advised 2 days prior to event. Charges will be based on this final number or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

Final payment is due 2 days prior to event, (when guaranteed numbers are advised). For events with over 100 people, final numbers and final payment is due 5 days prior.

Deposit is retained for cancellations within 7 days of event date.

Menu selections are based on availability from suppliers and prices based on current industry supplier prices at time of quote requested and may be subject to change without notice.

It is the responsibility of the client to advise of any guests with any dietary requirements. No responsibility is taken by Eventfully Yours for any food served that may cause allergic reactions if not notified accordingly.

Service

Hot food served on buffet must be consumed within 2 hours in accordance with NT Health Regulations. No responsibility is taken by Eventfully Yours for food that is kept by client or guests after this time. Buffet served generally by 9pm. If buffet is required beyond this time, extra charges may apply for staff serviced costs.

All beverages service by staff of Eventfully Yours will be according to the NT Liquor Act & Regulations. Staff serving beverages have Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.

On-Site

Please nominate a person who will be on-site contact person during the event day to assist in ensuring that set up, preparations and timing will run smoothly.

A total guest count in attendance during the event is conducted as part of insurance policy. This count will be confirmed with contact person nominated. If required (where a difference of confiemd numbers and actual attendance), an adjustment of the invoice will be issued at conclusion of the event.

Venue must have appropiate facilities to ensure catering services can be offered accordingly. Eventfully Yours requires an inspection of the venue prior to event. Additional charges may apply depending on location and set up requirements.

        1.8% NT Hire Tax
        Goods & Services Tax
        Delivery to venue. Additional charges may apply pending venue location and set up requirements.
        Cleaning of items plus pick up for return

        Please note replacement charges may apply if items are unaccounted for or damaged by persons attending events.

        Additional charges may apply if usage is required beyond these  hours.

        We come to your venue.

        We deliver the food and set up the buffet with a food extravaganza of your choice from our extensive menu         selections.

        We clear your plates and clean up at the conclusion.
